DarkFly DVD
Firstcom Music at Universal Music Group
From concept through final print production, even the
name was ours. The design was so successful, FirstCom
booth was out of Demo DVDs the first morning of a
three-day NAB tradeshow in Las Vegas, NV.

Double CD packaging below. Featuring DarkFly and
a second product piggybacked, so the user booklet was
designed as one insert with flipped text for each offering.
Trimmed printing costs down from two books and boxes
and integrated usage at the same time!

A full ad campaign with lots of fun schwag supported
this popular product offering... including a spankin’ new
Mini Cooper given away in a world-wide contest!
We designed the FirstCom booth below as well...
...on a very limited budget...
...and it was awarded by the tradeshow officials.

“I know we’ll always have the most diverse number of choices
with
macStudios’ work. They cover every conceptual angle
we throw at them
with fast and efficient intensity. Their
understanding of aesthetics
and the effectiveness of the
promotional materials they create is
second to none.”

Thummer Mascot Los Angeles County Fair
When the Fair wanted to reintroduce their original mascot,
Thummer, to Fairgoers after a number of years, they had
me update his "look". I not only did that, but incorporated
"Thummer" into all our advertising and promo items and
developed Barnyard Friends for him. Rico - the racehorse,
Angie - the Angora rabbit, Ken - a bull that lifts weights
(Angie's boyfriend) and a mother hen to watch over them!
